Those participating in the cleanse will be 2/3rds done by the time this class begins and the body will be primed for weight loss progress. All participants are encouraged to have updated labs in the last 6 months including fasting glucose, fasting insulin, a cholesterol panel and thyroid screening to optimize results. These labs can be ordered by Dr. Jones prior to the program starting if necessary. Each participant will be encouraged to keep a diet and exercise journal for the challenge period. Class fee includes 2 canisters of UltraMeal Cardio 360 medical food designed for optimizing carbohydrate metabolism, weight loss and cholesterol – which allows for 1 shake per day. Class fee also includes Bio-impedance Analysis (BIA) assessments – one prior to starting, one at week 2 and one at the completion of the program. BIA assesses body fat, lean body mass (muscle), and hydration status as well as tells us your metabolic rate (how many calories you burn each day).
