What if you could be fully present in your life without being overwhelmed by stress and never-ending obstacles? What if you could meet life’s challenges with ease and comfort?
As Dr. Otto earns an MBSR teaching certification at Brown University SPS, she is offering a FREE Introductory to Mindfulness class to our patients at Whole Health (designed for adults).
What will you gain from attending an Introductory course? You will learn the foundational elements of a Mindfulness practice, which over time allow you to develop skills such as:
- Experiencing emotions without becoming hijacked by them.
- Be able to hit the pause button when you are feeling stressed.
- Have greater mental and emotional clarity about issues when they arise.
- At the end of the class, you will have in your possession tangible ways to continue your practice at home
