Lindsay Tibbetts earned her Masters in Social Work, MSW, from the University of New Hampshire in 2004 and has been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LICSW, in the state of NH since 2007. Lindsay believes that each client comes into the therapeutic setting with a unique set of strengths and resiliencies.
Her integrative, strengths-based, mind-body approach will help clients to uncover and practice utilizing these strengths and resiliencies. Lindsay believes that every individual has the tools within themselves to heal themselves. She aims to empower each of her clients to make the commitment to themselves to reach their individual goals.
As a yoga teacher, practitioner and clinician Lindsay incorporates meditation, mindfulness and yoga practices into each of her therapeutic sessions. Lindsay has been a yoga teacher in the Concord community since 2004. She is trained in teaching yoga to trauma survivors and specializes in using yoga therapy to help clients heal. With more than thirteen years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga and mindfulness; Lindsay continues to explore new and innovative frontiers of providing therapeutic support to clients. Lindsay is passionate about the power of the mind-body connection and the incredible resiliency of the human spirit and its ability to heal.
By structuring a safe environment and a collaborative relationship with her clients Lindsay believes every individual can begin the journey toward living a more joyful and fulfilling life.
