Selia Cox is a licensed and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Association. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Fitchburg State University and later obtained a master’s degree with Honors in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Prior to starting at Whole Health Concord, Selia treated patients throughout the lifespan in occupational health medicine and primary care where she was able to oversee patients with various chronic conditions.
Selia has been training with Dr. Laura Jones while concurrently working towards earning her certificate in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine. She is devoted to empowering her patients to not only understand their mind and bodies but to advocate for their own health. Selia enjoys being able to bridge functional and conventional medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere.

- Thyroid and hormone balance
- Nutrition and weight management
- Various skin conditions including acne
- Digestive disorders
- Fatigue and mood concerns including stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances
Selia’s approach to patients’ health includes identifying components of lifestyle that impact the course of illness and health. Selia focuses not only on aiming to discover the origin of the condition but concentrates on wellness, prevention, and creating a self-care plan that supports healing with the use of lifestyle modification, dietary, nutritional supplements, herbal, and pharmaceutical appropriate interventions. She is a member of the New Hampshire Nurses Association, American Nurse Practitioner Association and Sigma Theta Tau. When Selia is not practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her family. Some of her favorite activities include biking, swimming, and running. Selia is also a certified 200-hour Vinyasa yoga instructor and enjoys both practicing and teaching.
