Dr. Otto is a licensed naturopathic doctor and certified functional medicine practitioner in the state of New Hampshire, focusing in the treatment of complex chronic illnesses. She finished her bachelor’s degree in New York before pursuing a 4-year, naturopathic medical degree from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM). She completed a competitive residency in naturopathic family medicine in Arizona and then began private practice while simultaneously completing an esteemed certification in functional medicine through the Institute For Functional Medicine (IFM).
Dr. Otto works with patients to identify the root causes of their symptoms and reverse them. Applying her unique combination of clinical background and advanced training, Dr. Otto is able to achieve enhanced clinical outcomes with patients by bridging together individual health characteristics such as environmental factors, genetic susceptibilities and lifestyle to design effective treatment protocols individualized to patient needs. She uses a diverse, evidence-based toolbox of natural and conventional therapies to achieve vast improvements and/or remissions of a wide array of health conditions.

Dr. Otto lectures to companies and wellness groups nation-wide. Additionally, she speaks for the Wellness Program and is a Wellness Educator for the Concord Co-op. She is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
