WE ARE OPEN FOR TELEHEALTH:
All of us at Whole Health Concord are here for you and working hard to keep everyone as healthy as possible. We are OPEN for TeleHealth visits for our patients to continue their chronic care as well as to support all patients who become acutely ill. (There will be no in-person visits for the next few weeks and the physical office will remain locked as a safety precaution for our patients and staff).
SUPPLEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP:
Supplements can continue to be ordered via our website, via phone (603.369.4626) or via e-mail (email@example.com) and will be made available for pick-up just outside our office in a secure lock-box. While there has been some supply chain disruption, particularly for immune support supplements, we are working diligently to package prevention kits for our patients to ensure we maximize your body’s ability to deal with acute viral infections.
TREATING YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES:
Please engage in social distancing as strictly as possible and follow the CDC’s recommendations on sanitation and hygiene as these are our most effective ways of reducing transmission of viruses and protecting the most vulnerable in our communities as well as allowing hospitals to keep up with this pandemic.
