Drop the Weight 2018 – Class Series

Want to ensure your health goals get the jump start they need in 2018? Dr. Jones will be teaching a 4 week weight loss series starting January 10th. This series of classes will be held every Wednesday from 600-700pm. Class will review healthy meal ideas, individualizing the diet to fit each person’s needs, tracking nutrition for success, the importance of exercise and the mechanism of insulin sensitivity as well as naturopathic supplements/tools to aid in craving control, weight loss and leaner body composition. Cost of the class is $100 per person.
It is not necessary but suggested that individuals consider using UltraMeal Cardio 360 as a meal replacement shake once per day while participating in the program. This is an additional cost of $54.95 for a two week supply. This can be purchased ahead of time so it is ready to pick up and start at the first class.
Nutrition plans, meal and recipe ideas as well as strategies for compliance with nutrition and exercise goals will be provided. Weekly weight, hip and waist measurements are optional but highly encouraged to track progress.
