Join Dr. Madalyn Otto for Stronger than Germs! During the era of COVID, the immune system is more important than ever to support. Our bodies are supposed to be able to combat germs and win the battle. But changes to our lifestyles have put those inherent skills under immense pressure! This workshop will equip you with the up-to-date strategies to maintain your internal defenses. Topics covered include diet and lifestyle strategies for immune system health, herbal strategies to strengthen the immune system, utilizing and monitoring a “therapeutic fever”, and will provide you with the blueprint for an immune-boosting toolbox to use through the fall and winter season, and beyond. Due to current challenges related to Covid-19, masks must be worn by participants in the Whole Health classroom.
