Fallen off the wagon with your health? Struggling with nutrition, exercise, and motivation for self-care?
Join Dr. Laura Jones as she leads our 4-week “Back on Track to Health” Series this fall, designed to get our community back on track with nutrition goals, exercise habits, sleep schedules and stress management. This series will meet weekly on Wednesdays in our classroom from 5:30-7:00pm at Whole Health Concord starting September 7th. Class topics will include healthy nutrition with a focus on a lower carbohydrate, Mediterranean meal plan; meal and recipe ideas will be provided. Dr. Jones will also cover how to initiate and implement a healthy exercise regime, the importance of stress management and strategies to build resiliency to stress. Sleep hygiene and the important roles of sleep will also be covered. Foundational supplement suggestions will be provided along with our favorite tools for tracking health and holding yourself accountable as you work towards your health goals. Participants will be asked to keep nutrition and exercise logs.
Given the current covid-19 uncertainties, this class has an option of attending via FaceBook Live. Participants will need a Facebook account to access the classes if they prefer to attend via the web.
